The helpdesk consists of two modules: trouble ticket register and knowledge base.




Knowledge base is an information hub. We’ll put all technical information there: release notes, links for downloading newest releases of software, patches, custom tools, as well as tutorials, how-to guides for various wireless technologies, technical references. Marketing materials, user stories will also be there. We will update information frequently, so please visit helpdesk regularly.


In case you can’t find necessary information on the knowledge base, have an issue, question or need immediate assistance, please register the trouble ticket. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. There are 2 ways to do it: you can login to the portal and fill the ticket or you can simply write e-mail to support and the ticket will be created automatically.
